- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I live here in Oakley and I am really disappointed in what i am seeing . The apartment complex I live in waters everynight....the City of Oakley, City Hall installing brand new sod. Construction workers at the site letting water just run all over. Les Shwab holding car washes every weekend . We are in a very bad drought , are we not. What kind of example are they setting. And City Hall ......New Lawn that you have to water. I look around and , I am worried.. We all need to conserve. And it seems to me City hall should set a better example.By zac hirt, February 01, 2017
